Thirty-six OneWeb satellites for the initial commercial mission of Arianespace and its Starsem affiliate at Vostochny Cosmodrome have been encapsulated in the payload fairing, taking preparations one step closer to December 18’s medium-lift Soyuz launch from this location in the Russian Far East.
