York Space Acquisition of ALL.SPACE to Create Integrated Satellite Communications Ecosystem
Software-Defined Multi-Orbit Terminal Technology to Bolster Contested-Environment Connectivity
A definitive agreement has been reached for the acquisition of ALL.Space, a United Kingdom-based provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions, by York Space Systems. The deal would make ALL.Space a wholly owned subsidiary of York, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter, pending regulatory approvals.
“With this acquisition, York is creating a complete communications ecosystem that operates in.”

The acquisition centers on ALL.Space’s Hydra Terminal Range, a software-defined platform capable of simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity. The terminals operate across low Earth orbit (LEO), medium Earth orbit (MEO), geostationary orbit (GEO), and highly elliptical orbit (HEO) networks, providing network-agnostic communications for mobile platforms operating across space, air, land, and maritime domains.
“With this acquisition, York is creating a complete communications ecosystem that operates in contested environments across commercial and government networks,” said Dirk Wallinger, CEO of York. “The addition of ALL.Space brings a world-class team whose proven leadership and technical excellence will be key as we scale these capabilities for our customers.”
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operations in Europe and the United States, ALL.Space designed its Hydra platform specifically for high-stakes, dynamic environments where connectivity must be maintained even as platforms move and network conditions change. The technology reduces dependence on any single network by operating across multiple simultaneous pathways.
“What sets ALL.Space apart is their ability to ensure complex, multi-network connectivity is maintained even when systems are on the move,” said Melanie Preisser, Executive Vice President and General Manager of York. “They’ve built a capability that has consistently performed in real operational conditions, making them a natural fit and a powerful addition to the solutions we bring to our customers.”
For ALL.Space, the deal represents an opportunity to scale its technology across a wider range of missions. “ALL.Space was built to ensure connectivity doesn’t fail when it matters most,” said Paul McCarter, CEO of ALL.Space. “Demand is accelerating for resilient communications in complex operational environments, and our technology is proven to deliver in those conditions. Partnering with York allows us to scale that capability and deliver it to an even broader set of missions.”
York, which went public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker YSS, has been on an acquisition trajectory since its initial public offering. The ALL.Space deal would be the company’s second strategic acquisition since going public, following a major commercial contract and a program extension announced earlier this year.
The combined entity would integrate York’s spacecraft manufacturing and mission-critical space solutions with ALL.Space communications terminal expertise, aiming to deliver warfighters real-time access to information needed to operate across distributed environments. Jefferies LLC served as financial advisor to York, and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP served as legal counsel.
