Win A Trip For Two to Space from Virgin Galactic

Have you been dreaming of flying to the edge of space aboard VSS Unity … but don't have the $200,000 to reserve a seat? If you're feeling lucky, you might win a trip for two to space from Virgin Galactic.

According to Virgin Galactic, the grand prize for the contest is two seats on an upcoming flight of VSS Unity. Here's how the company describes the experience:

"You and your guest will board a Virgin Galactic spaceship where you’ll take off smoothly, just like an airplane, and watch as the colors outside your window change from blue to indigo to midnight black.

"Hovering above Earth, nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking views of our bright planet and surrounding galaxy. Or hearing “you are now free to float about the cabin.”

"Cameras throughout the cabin will record every moment in HD. With 17 circular windows for viewing, every seat is a window seat. And there’s even a mirror to watch yourself floating through space.

"Following a smooth glide descent, you’ll return back to Earth safely, but forever transformed. You’re an astronaut now."

While there is no cost to enter the giveaway, donations are being accepted for Space for Humanity whose mission is to expand access to space, train our leaders of tomorrow and contribute to a culture of interconnectedness. By sending citizens to space—as well as hosting conversations, events and launch parties—Space for Humanity will cultivate a global network of transformational leaders better equipped to create a sustainable future for us all.

This "win a trip for two to space" experience raises funds for Charities Aid Foundation America (“CAF America”), a US-registered, 501(c)(3) public charity. 100% of donations for this experience go to CAF America, which will then grant the donations, minus the experience fees and costs, to Space for Humanity (the “Designated Grantee”).

Along with the flight, the prize includes airfare to Spaceport America in New Mexico, and hotel accommodations while you're there.
