Named a 'Patriotic Employer' by the Office of the Secretary of Defense
The Office of the Secretary of Defense has recognized Terran Orbital as a Patriotic Employer for contributing to national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.

The Employer Support of The Guard and the Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers. The Patriot Award recognizes companies’ support for Guard and Reserve service.
“As a dual military family, Terran Orbital has always supported me and my family in our dedication to service to our nation.
