During the past year, Starfighters advanced its commercial operations supporting high-speed, high-altitude testing and evaluation missions, and continued to execute on programs with government, defense, and aerospace collaborators. The company also strengthened organizational and operational capabilities to support long-term growth and successfully completed its public listing on the NYSE American, expanding access to capital and increasing visibility with the investment community.
“Starfighters’ public listing represents a significant milestone for the Company and reflects growing investor interest in companies providing real-world aerospace capabilities aligned with national security, space access, and advanced testing requirements,” said Rick Svetkoff, CEO of Starfighters. “The Company is well positioned to deliver services to a range of customers through our fast, innovative and unique platform.”
On December 18, 2025, the White House issued an Executive Order titled “Ensuring American Space Superiority,” outlining a comprehensive policy framework to strengthen U.S. leadership in space exploration, national security, and commercial space development.
“Starfighters believes this evolving policy environment underscores the importance of flexible, high-speed, and commercially available aerospace platforms that can support rapid testing, evaluation, and mission readiness across a range of space and national security applications,” Svetkoff said.
The Executive Order emphasizes priorities including responsive and adaptive space architectures, accelerated integration of commercial capabilities, expanded testing and demonstration activity, and the development of a robust American space industrial base. The policy direction reinforces the growing role of commercially operated platforms in supporting government, defense, and space-adjacent missions.
Entering 2026, Starfighters plans to focus on disciplined execution across its core priorities, including:
Advancing commercial and government mission activity;
Expanding operational capabilities and infrastructure;
Continuing to build long-term collaborations across the aerospace and defense ecosystem; and
Establishing a steady cadence of business updates aligned with operational progress.
Starfighters believes the convergence of government demand, commercial space growth, and public-market access positions the Company well as it enters its next phase of development.
