Persistent Monitoring Deal Links Satellogic Imagery With SpaceKnow Analytics
Satellogic and SpaceKnow Target Planetary-Scale Intelligence for Commercial and Government Users
A strategic collaboration has been announced between Satellogic and SpaceKnow to offer persistent satellite-based monitoring services built around high-frequency imagery and AI-powered analytics.
“Persistent Global Intelligence only delivers on its promise when customers can act on what they see, across as many sites as their mission demands.”

SpaceKnow will plug its artificial intelligence and machine learning tools into Satellogic’s Persistent Global Intelligence infrastructure, including a growing imaging constellation and planned Merlin satellites designed for one-meter resolution coverage as they deploy.
Satellogic describes its PGI platform as a combination of satellites, imagery, native analytics and partner applications that together create an end-to-end intelligence loop for customers shifting from single images to continuous monitoring across large portfolios of sites.
The partnership is aimed at commercial and government users that need regular coverage of critical infrastructure, industrial facilities and remote regions of strategic interest, and are looking to shorten the time between an event on the ground and an informed decision.
“Persistent Global Intelligence only delivers on its promise when customers can act on what they see, across as many sites as their mission demands,” said Emiliano Kargieman, CEO and Co-Founder of Satellogic. “SpaceKnow has spent more than a decade building analytics that turn satellite data into objective, decision-ready answers. Bringing their analytics into our PGI ecosystem helps us extend continuous monitoring to use cases and customers that were previously out of reach.”
“Working with Satellogic gives us access to one of the most ambitious Persistent Global Intelligence infrastructures being built today,” said Jerry Javornicky, CEO and Co-Founder of SpaceKnow. “For more than a decade, our customers have been constrained by the cost and frequency of the underlying imagery. Satellogic’s economics and the upcoming Merlin constellation change that calculus, allowing us bring continuous, decision-ready monitoring, such as pattern-of-life analysis and anomalous event detection, to use cases that were previously out of reach.”
The companies said they are already pursuing joint customers and co-developing products, and expect to outline specific offerings and milestones in the coming months, including work tied to the planned launch of the first Merlin satellite later this year.
