Endurance, an Infinite Orbits mission backed by CNES, will set a new standard for sustainable servicing in GEO. This mission represents Dawn’s first venture into GEO, showcasing the flexibility and dependability of their propulsion technology as part of France 2030’s strategic push for sustainable, high-performance, responsive space solutions.
“Collaboration between companies is at the heart of space innovation, and this partnership represents a strategic decision for the development of our in-orbit services. The work already done together this past year in this project as in others, and the fact that Dawn Aerospace recently joined the French space ecosystem strengthens our bond.” said Marion Andrieux, Chief Commercial Officer.
Endurance will be equipped with Dawn thrusters, enabling fine-point maneuvering for satellite servicing tasks. Dawn's scalable and modular chemical propulsion systems allow for customized configurations, ensuring mission adaptability alongside fast lead times for customers.
"As Europe's first satellite servicing mission in GEO, Endurance places France at the forefront of satellite servicing," said Jeroen Wink, Director at Dawn Aerospace. "We are proud and excited to contribute to this pioneering project."
