Construction Begins on NASA’s NEO Surveyor Asteroid Hunter

NASA has begun construction of its NEO Surveyor asteroid hunter, a purpose-built space telescope that will advance NASA’s planetary defense efforts by finding and tracking hazardous near-Earth objects.
