Board of Directors Nominees Named for Virgin Orbit Holdings
Nominees for the Board of Directors for Virgin Orbit Holdings have been announced by Virgin Orbit and NextGen Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The two entities have agreed to enter into a planned business combination.

The Virgin Orbit Holdings board of directors will be convened upon the closing of the business combination, which is subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions. Virgin Orbit Holdings will retain the Virgin Orbit name and its common stock is expected to trade on the NASDAQ exchange under the new ticker “VORB”.
