Archimedes Engine Build Completed by Rocket Lab
Company Begins Engine Test Campaign
The first full assembly of the Archimedes engine, the new 3D printed, reusable, rocket engine, has been completed by Rocket Lab. Archimedes will power the company’s Neutron medium lift launch vehicle. An intensive test campaign is now underway that will feature a number of engine system activations leading up to a first Archimedes hot-fire.
